Light gray home painted black. Its was kind of strange when the home owner asked me to do this but it was also fun to see the difference . I have never painted a house black before. It might be hard to see on the photo, but the black house turned out great. Quite striking contrast between the white and black. Yet another paint project by Henderson Painting.

This deck was in rough shape when we started. Peeling badly and some rotten wood. I believe my crew rose to the challenge, working long hours both with thorough cleaning and two coats of paint and it came out looking great! This deck is just one of many we have revived and make look great again.
Rotten columns. when i came across this I knew there was no way to match the existing columns without spending a lot of money and since this was a rental the owner was trying to save money. So I had to come up with an affordable solution that looked good and would not break the budget. Cutting out the rot and building the base made sense and looks great.
